Apollo's built in inventory management can be easily updated at the print site via the secure web interface. After each print run the paper usage is updated against the book or title that is in production. By doing this immediately after the print run it ensures that the inventory levels are accurate and charges for paper usage are accurate. Invoices can be automatically reconciled to the paper deliveries meaning that charges are 100% accurate and reflect the actual cost of paper and not based on averages or out of date pricing.
